Changes I will like to see in the steemit platform.

Greetings to you steemians how has it been with you over there? I trust you are doing fine. It's another contest over here as organised by @simonnwigwe and it interests me most to be one of the participants, to discuss a topic that supposed to be a concern of every system member. For where platform or system, that one runs or belongs to, should he think of positive changes that would make the system better off. "Changes I will like to see in the Steemit platform"

What are the changes you wish to see in the steemit platform?

Yes the changes I would like to see in the Steemit y, is first, the restoration of the working system as were at the start. The Steemit platform is about 8yrs old I guess, and even before I came into the system, there were programs, running before which I did note meet, but was only given the story on how they worked in the platform. And according to my research about them, I truly love the contribution of those programs that were there, the Steem dollars and the TRON been over few months now, uncertain on the direction of account.

So, I would wish those programs which is likely drawing back, come forward or there any reason behind the changes to which the members of the platform, can contribute to for the steemit platform, returned back with all her completeness and glory as from the start, it will be an ideal to share the hiccups with every member so that together there will be a system perfect restoration and then think of the next change to put in place for the progress and betterment of the platform.

Why do you think that these changes will help make the platform a better place for all?

Financial management in every working institution is the key, people are more active and dedicated to bring in there effort and abilities, to the progress and development of the system when the financial contract is good taken care of. The likely lost glory of steemit platform, such as the Tron, which I received only 2 weeks after my registration, at instant rewards claim, and since then, if I claim Tron rewards of 50 TRX, I will end up receiving 14 after 2 months, talk more of Steem dollars, which I don't even know when they actively existed.

So the key flavour of this restoration changes I, in particular emphasis here, is powering up because if I can receive my Tron, as instant claim as before, believe me my 100% power up is sure and the restoration will be a boast to financial management to which will attract investors, to come in, due to the interest it will raise in people to join the platform. Notwithstanding, I know the system is trying well in the mapped out rewords programs but we can do more with those restoration and beyond.

If you have the opportunity to implement new changes in the platform, what are the new things you will like to put in place?

Having passed through the research and information, over the contribution of the likely lost glory program in the platform, the restoration of Steem dollars and fluent working of Tron, will be my target, if I have the opportunity. Because if powering ups help the platform to grow, those programs to be fully restored will encourage more powering up and attract investors because of financial smooth flow and creative management.

Do you think the reward distribution in steemit is a key factor to development of the platform? Discuss.

Yes of course it is because this is the only encouragement for the members of the platform, without, many would easily give up since everything under man's involvement in life, there is interest, therein either like the platform is an avenue to connect a business, or avanue, to exchange pleasantries with the distant loved ones or like steemit platform and the similar platform which is out for rewarding it's members based on their works and dedication.

So the rewards distribution is the key value and point of encouragement for the members to keep working harder for more goodies. Since almost everybody has one physical works or the other and wouldn't like to get involved to things which is not beneficial. The Steemit platform is the best in this area part, very helpful to its members through rewards distribution.

So the rewards distribution is a key factor development to steemit platform, it encourages the members, it's a source of energy to proudly invite others to join and a point of conviction for investors investment which is Steem promotion, the general development of steemit platform.
