The Diary Game || 09-10-25 || Fixing My Generator
Greetings, my fellow Steemians,
I want to share with this community how my day went. So since we are on holiday from school, I went back to my place to continue with my work, so on Monday I was at work fully, and my customers were so happy to see me after a longer time.
Since yesterday my generator has not been functioning properly, so I took it today to an engineer for servicing. The name of the company that repairs my generator is Oto Company Limited, located at Eka Uruk Eshiet Ntak Inyang, in Etim Ekpo Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
They make use of their simple tools, which enable them to do their work more easily and professionally.
So they dismantle my generator into pieces and change the piston and rings. They make use of petrol to wash and clean my engine and the body of the generator while I was sitting down in a very comfortable chair watching them as they did what they know how to do best.
When they were done, they started fixing my generator back, part by part. After waiting for about 5 hours, they were finally done with the fixing.
After they were done fixing it, they put in new engine oil (Super Star) and petrol. After everything, they tested their work, and lo and behold, it was all ok; the generator kick-started, and the sound was very ok. I spent a lot of money today. I took my generator to my place of work, and we continued with the day's business.
So while in my workplace customers started trooping in, we asked them to come back in 3 hours' time, as we were told by the engineers to turn on the generator and keep it on for, like, 2 hours so that the piston and the rings would be free before we started loading our machine for work. Lest I forget, I am a computer operator (graphic designer printing, photography, and videography). After two years we started loading our machines and also attending to our customers.
I appreciate OTO Company for their nice work and their workers.

This is a great skill you know. I barely know how to do basic repairs. I hope you can teach. You can use #steemvideo in your post as 3rd tag.
