Greetings to everyone in this community most especially to our computer tutor who has arranged and designed a perfect tutorial for us on Microsoft PowerPoint. This tutorial has helped me see how Microsoft PowerPoint is used for various purposes, its importance and application in various ways. Many don't really put much emphasis on Microsoft PowerPoint because they feel it has little or no features but come to think of it, asides Microsoft word which is widely used today for various purposes, Microsoft PowerPoint can be used for business presentation, advertisement, video creation, slides, arts and lot more. Last week I learnt a lot from Microsoft PowerPoint as a presentation software and this week, it's how it's is used as a presentation software program. Here are the homework questions...

How to create a slide on Microsoft PowerPoint

Go to your start menu and click on Microsoft Office PowerPoint.
When it opens, select any of the template designs or otherwise blank presentation
This will open a new presentation. It is represented below
Click on the Home Tab and select New Slide from the drop menu.
Here the user can change the slide layout, delete a slide and also reset formatting on a slide.

Creating a Memory

• After creating a slide or multiple slides, you go to design and choose a background of your choice. For me, I chose this. To insert a picture, I went to insert tab and I clicked on pictures.

• I went to my camera roll and clicked on a picture and then insert.
• I did that to other slides and then save it.

Summarize what you have learned so far under PowerPoint presentation

So far from Microsoft PowerPoint, I've learnt how to use Microsoft PowerPoint in creating videos, animations and slides. I've also come to know that Microsoft PowerPoint is very important when used for presentation as a presentation software program. With PowerPoint, you can create slides, Graphs,Tables
Clip Art, Photographs, Charts, Media Clips, Videos.
