What do you understand by proof of brain?

Proof of brain is a way which one's brain is put into use to get an alternative to the solution or problem by oneself.

Why is it important to know and understand it?

It is important to know that no brain is an abundant toolbox, it can function and build one's mind therefore, by the proof of brain creativity is necessary or possible

How can you apply it?

ways of applying the proof of brain. Is by
Constant studying, asking of questions and listening to others that knows better or those that has been there before.

How does it relate to our stay here as steemians?

Everything in steemit is a proof of brain.

Some time the brain become stressed up, ideas are no longer coming, sometimes one fall sick and sleeping in the process of writing because one's over work the brain.
