Writing Contest: One Good Turn Deserved Another by @dave-hanny
Hi steemians, I want to be grateful to the steemit team, the steemkids community, and @goodybest for bringing up this educating and heart-touch topic for steemians to write on and also learn from one another's stories as life continues. Seeing this topic and reading what it is expected, I felt hugely broken and the above topic reminds me of my neighbor who got married to a wealthy man and gave birth to twins but the man in question turned back at her. So, keep reading friends as you learn from this story.
Now, the story.
I believe this idiomatic expression that says; "One Good turn deserved another" in my new neighbor's story. My neighbor's name is Aisha, she got married at the age of 18 after a1 lot of advice I gave to her. She was feeling great in her life because she saw the guy having a lot of money but after 2 years in the marital home, she put to bed and was blessed with a twin, the husband made her a complete housewife, and the so-called husband caged her and bounds her from going out with no reason.
On a faithful night, Aisha's husband brought into their home another woman and we're having intercourse in their matrimonial bed so when Aisha came to interrupt such an act, the husband went straight to her wall drop and packed whatever that belonged to her and threw her out of the house with two months babies. Aisha was helpless and unfortunately, she is an orphan and has no place to go. After some time, I looked for her and she started narrating all she has gone through she said that every day she came knocking at my door I traveled.
Aisha's favor
Fortunately for her, as she keeps selling corn by the roadsides with her two kids around her, a woman came to buy corn and saw Aisha suffering with her kids so sympathetic. The woman dropped from her car and asked about her husband, from that point, she narrated all that happened. The woman felt so much for her and took it upon herself to take care of her with the kids, she told Aisha her story by saying she is barren and that has been the problem between herself and her ex-husband. She went further to give Aisha reasons to believe her promise to take care of the childdren and herself.
After years, the twins are grown up, but Aisha died 3 months after she met the strange woman who rendered help to her. The children grew up to know the strange woman to be their mother. The strange woman became old and finds it hard to do some things but the joy is that the children were there to keep her company, cook for her, and made her feel like a mother. Her sorrow was gone, she had her world back again by having these two children.
In summary, she wouldn't have had this love of a child to mummy if she had not rendered help to Aisha and her kids. with this story, I so much believe that indeed One Good Turn Deserve Another.
Lessons to be learned
Render help where necessary. It would pay or rewards await you in the heavens.
Help with no expectation and it will surprise you in the future.
Whatsoever good sown today must be reaped in the future.
The one you render help might be that savior you would need someday.

Truly one good turn deserved another, it's good and it pays to be kind toward another, the truth is that we don't know how we will be rewarded but the truth is that either that same person or another person entirely will show us favor. You're right it's really good to help people, cause you don't know where you will the person again, and he or she might turn out to be the saviour you would need someday as you said above.

An amazing and touching story you have presented to us, goodness is like a seed that we plant, it would surely germinate and we will harvest it one day, look at the woman's story, God blessed her with the twin and also blessed the twin with a new mother because if their birth mother had died on the street before meeting the woman, only God knows how they would survive. The world would be so much better if people helped without expecting hence people would do so much more and never get disappointed.
