"My childhood dream"
Hello friends and family,
I bring you greetings from my part of the world, thanks for your time, thanks for every little effort to visit my blog and I wish you all the best in this platform as we all steem together in love and understanding. I am here to share on the contest topic "My Childhood dream" A very huge thanks to a very great soul @drhira for this contest and its ofcourse a very lively one. Feel relaxed as you read from my end dearies.
As a child what did you wanted to become in future?
Yeah, while growing up, my mother once told me that during my graduation from primary school, there was a presentation given to me to present that day and mine was to be a nurse. She told me how beautiful I look on that nurse uniforms. This was my presentation:
I am a nurse in my country, Nurse.
Everybody know me well, if you look me up
and down, you will know that is true
She said after that presentation, I was always saying I will be a nurse to take care of patients in the hospital and kindly inject them to get well. My mother said I was still a child when I was saying all of those things untill I finished my seconday school, I kept saying I want to be a nurse.
At the moment have you achieved the dream or you have changed your dream?
Unfortunately, I couldn't become a nurse because after my secondary school, I wrote West African Examination Council and got the required credits, I wrote Jamb which I got 238 as my score, I went for Post UTME and everything but when the list was out, my name was not among the candidate.
I realised that, my country Nigeria is a very wicked country. Good and professional courses are only given to people of high class and stratification but that is clearky cheating and wickeeness in the side of God.
I kept applying every year so when I got tired, I switched to study physics and today, I am a physicists and a proud educationists, I do not regret studying that.
What dreams do you have at the moment?
I know I have achieved a degree certificate, Bsc Physics and I went abit further to achieve my PGDE and now, I am trusting God to run masters next year and after which I will aply for lecturing job because it is best one should have atleast masters result to be able to apply for lecturing job.
I have alot in mind which I believe in God for a greater future. My dear country Nigeria is a funny one but I know God will turn things around to his taste.
