Contest : My Opinion On The Steemit Engagement Challenge

I appreciate @simonnwigwe for organising such creative and interesting contest. Touching the various participants of the Steemit Engagement Challenge. It is a great one, trying to know our thoughts and valued ideas on the great progress of the scheme. I would be dropping my entry now.
I do love participating in the engagement challenges, therefore I would love to share few changes I would definitely love to see few changes I would love to see for the Season 8 thus;
There should be personal logos and fliers produced by each participant as it shows an extent of originality in all the entries for the new season. The cover Logos must be unique from the parent post too. It is quite an important part of the challenge as it brings out originality and portrays personality placing emphasis on choice of the participants. I would suggest this as a change I would love to see as a prerequisite for validity of entries too.
There should be creativity in expressions, basically the way you tender points and how best you explain your ideas and opinions in the challenge. Creativity in expression captivates an audience and should also be a key prerequisite. Posts that have great expressive contents in synergy with creative blend should always be considered, holding them in high esteem too.
Importantly, grading of posts is a vital role of curators in the challenge, therefore there should be strict measures as regarding this particular system. There should be a room for grading creativity. Grading maximum can be increased from 10/10 to 15/15. This can be done to accomodate vacancy for creativity which should be 5/5. This would have a role to play in cognitive organization and beautiful contents too. I do believe these slight change would be substantial in Season 8.

My instincts, convince me to a reasonable extent that the aim of the engagement challenge is being achieved and fufilled too. Its name is Steemit Engagement Challenge, therefore, it reaches a great majority of participants who drop entries, all for a the price of getting a winner tag and rewards.
However, Yes I do believe the aim is not defeated but rather it's is maximally fufilled too, because every engagement challenge has over 20 entries which makes it a valid one. Participants tend to reply on each other's post, thus making it an interactive engagement too. I am satisfied that it is fufiling it's aim of creation.

I chose this communities because they individually have active subscribers of about 250 to 300 subscribers who are performing duties and activities on the steemit platform. They are also great communities with good curators and witnesses too.
I firmly agree with the team of curators. I do not have any issues with the rewards in the engagement too. The rewards are basically a function of efforts out in place to make a creative entry. It is the best so far. I do appreciate the rewards system.
Additionally, the rewards system can be improved too by a little activity. Anyone with grades above the 9 mark should be handsomely rewarded with 10 Steem too asides normal rewards and winners of engagement challenge 20 steem respectively. It is just mine humble idea.
