My Diary game|| how I prepared a delicious meal|| 12/6/2024
Hello everyone here hope you're all doing great hope your day went very well, for me my day went well as well.
Morning
I woke this morning by 7:00 AM today reason because it was a public holiday today, which is that today marks as democracy day for Nigeria. So I had to sleep still 7AM when I woke I swept my room and head to the kitchen to prepare so meal.
I prepared a lovely me which is coconut rice the preparation went well below are the ingredients I used to prepare it.
INGREDIENTS
Rice
Coconut
Pepper
Crayfish
Meat
Maggie
Salt
Onions
Rice
Firstly I parboiled my rice then I went ahead I preparing my coconut, I broke the coconut when I was done with that I separated the coconut from the shell then I washed it and started chopping it for blending.

After some minute I filtered my rice I didn't wait for it to get that soft I had to filter it, when I was done with blending the coconut I now boiled some water so that I will be able to put it inside the coconut to help me separate the milkish part of it, while waiting for the water to get boiled I had to season my meat after I was done with that I started my cooking process.
When I was done everything I had to put the water inside the coconut and started squeezing the water from it doing the same thing over again, I then poured the water from the coconut into the rice and then I put in my ingredients like, Maggie, salt, onions, pepper, crayfish, meat, and then I had to taste it to if it was ok, when I was done with that I had to put it on the gas cooker and I left for 40 minutes it was ok and ready to be served.
That's how my morning went.
