It is true that we all face different problems in life,but that should not prevent us from showing love to others.
Anxiety as the case maybe comes in different forms,for example we may feel anxious about what to eat,what to wear,or even what the future holds for us all,but whatever our reason for being anxious maybe,we want to always rely on God through prayer and also not just by praying 🙏 but as the saying goes hard work pays,working towards our prayer too is another way to show that we truly want to be free from anxiety.
Research has shown that being anxious leads to depression and sadness thus making a person feel less of his/her self.
So we want to try as much as possible to avoid being anxious over anything,for our heavenly father knows what we need even before we ask.

Some ways to avoid been anxious
1.Avoid situation that could make you feel anxious
2.Try to be around those that have good vibes and influence so as to make you feel comfortable.
3.Research has it that playing of mild and cool music 🎵 could make you feel more relaxed.
4.Always know that you're not alone in this,when you pray to God he will grant you your heart desires if you work towards them.

The implications of anxiety
1.It could lead to ill health.
2.Loss of appetite.
3.Overly worried.
4.aging quickly

1.It could lead to ill health
Most people you see today are ill mentally,seeing them physically can be deceiving but through communication you will notice that something is wrong,but in whatever way that is within our power to assist them,we can help out.

2.loss of appetite
This is very common,both for those that are angry at times,they loss their appetite for food which is not good for our health♥️,research has it that food nutrition is proper for a healthy diet which enables us to carry out our daily activities.

3.Overly worried
When we think too much about a particular thing or event,our health is at stake so we want to be careful so as not to think so much about what to put on and eat or any other thing too.

4.Aging quickly
Research has it that thinking 🤔 or being worried about what has happened or what will take place or anything else could make us age quickly,because all the time that person is not always happy,just frowning and so on,it will then look as if that's how his/her face looks like.

How to know if you have stopped being anxious
1.when you are always happy no sign of sadness.
2.When last did you think about something and get worried 😟
3.You now have appetite to eat.
4.When you no longer think too much of yourself.

Hello @crowd1, rhis is a beautiful piece. I can tell you that havent been through this situation i can agree that those options you listed here can actually work. I've applied them before, but the more effectinve one for me has always been music.
