The Diary game for Saturday, 24th February, 2024.|Attended Impact Academy today.

Hello, Steemians from all over the world. Greetings to you all. I trust you all feel blessed and super fantastic.
I hope you all enjoyed today, which is the weekend.
Mine was fine too. Let me brief you about my day.

Morning

I woke up this morning at 6 am. As usual, I did my morning devotion first. When I was done, I was ready for the day’s activities. I first went to fetch water within my neighborhood, then my roommate and I proceeded to wash the toilet since it was our turn to do so.

The moment we were done washing, I took my bath and prepared to go to church. We had our Impact Academy by 8 am in the morning. It's a program for youths and young adults including professionals.

On my way to church

During the program, I learned about the pillars of progress which included;

• Vision; Having a vision in life.
• Beliefs; It has to do with belief in yourself that you can do all things. You need to have the “can do” mentality.
• Planning; To progress you need to have great plans.
• Action; put your plans into action
• Partnership; partner with people of like minds.
• Knowledge; go for more knowledge.
• Diligence; you need to put in hard work.
• Patience; be hopeful and wait for your time.
• Discipline; try to discipline yourself.
• Perseverance; Do not give up.
• Integrity; Be a man and woman of your words.

Afternoon

In class learning

When it was 10 am, I left to attend a lecture on chemistry. The topic treated was thermodynamics which has to do with the gaining and losing of heat or energy during a reaction in a given environment or system. The class lasted for 2 hours. The lecturer made the class interesting by chipping in stories from time to time.

During the class

It came to an end and I went back to continue my church program which was still ongoing. Though I missed some interesting sessions. The message was preached and we were dismissed.

I got home tired and decided to eat and rest. I ate beans.

Evening

When it was 5 pm. I left again for church for the next session in the evening. Wonderful Testimonies of what God did was shared to the glory of hHs name.
Someone testified of being healed from asthma for 17 years, another was healed of a long-standing toothache, and many more. We were dismissed and the pastor prayed for us.
