Diary Game|| 19-12-2024|| How I spent My Day Today at Home

Dear diary,

I woke up early in the morning as usual and did our family morning devotion but did not go to office today.
I decided to take today off from work to at least rest, I wise man once said "all work without play make jack a dull boy". From January till now has just been work on daily basis without a break, my nature of work is very demanding; it covers all the seven days of the week without skipping even single day, it has nothing like week end.

Presently an End of the Year Break has been Announced but my turn is going to take effect from next week which is supposed to cover 1 week but I and my family are not going to travel to the village, meaning I would still be on ground without traveling. Some of the tenure staff apart from Security Guards are already on break while the last set according to the schedule would joined next week as the ones for this week shall be returning.

I helped my wife to do some little domestic work, in tidying up the house and also in taking care of our baby. My presence today at home was indeed a relieved to my wife because the boy can disturb a lot. He is an area scattered, honestly my wife is really doing a great job at home everyday on taking care of this boy and at the same time doing the house chores. With the hard work he gave me today I can't still understand how she's managing him alone and still do other stuff, thumbs up to her 👍👍👍👍👍.

I skipped breakfast today as usual, my wife later left for market to buy food stuff and groceries, when she was done she called me to come over and pick her because she was finding it difficult to get to where she could follow a commercial back home due to the heavy load of the purchased items. I went out to carry my bike only to discovered the unfortunate think has happened, I got a flat tire. I called my wife to think of alternative means as I won't be able to make it because the Vulcanizers' workshop was not very close because where we live is more like a GRA.

When my wife returned I opened the gate and helped her to carry the stuff in side. She latter cooked spaghetti which we ate for lunch as you can see here below.

I studied till evening and later joined my wife to watched movie, she prepared our dinner which was swallow as you can see in the picture below.

After the dinner we continue watching movies up till when we retired to bed; that was how I spent my day today.
