Dear diary,

Yeah! Am the one here pounding some spices

Diary Game is fascinating and quiet interesting as one is allowed to save your daily activities as well as pictures of same which will served as a reminder at anytime when the need arises. I will like to make and interesting entry on how I spend my day today in words and in pictures.

Today was a rainy day here in the city I live, I woke up since around for 4:00am to prepare for office but the rain was so heavy that I couldn't step out of the house. After the rain which rained for a very long time till about 10am, since the rain kept home I decided to join my wife in the kitchen.

I always love being in the kitchen with my wife because her skills in the kitchen is supper amazing. Today we cooked Nigerian jollof rice. The picture below are the ingredients we use in cooking.

The picture here is myself and my wife carefully selecting and washing the rice in the kitchen. since it is Nigerian made rice, one need to select and wash the rice very well to get rid of stones and dirt.

When food was ready, my wife served the food and we both ate our food with thanksgiving in our hearts to God the provider.

After eating I showered and left for office, on my way because I did not use my bike I followed a short cut route to the junction where I will boarder a tricycle. There is this Nursery and Primary School I have been admiring for my baby boy hopefully when he is 2 years I will register him there that is if I am not transferred. I decided to take a selfie in front of the school as you can see in the picture.

Reaching the junction instead of a tricycle I got a taxi which charged me less. But unfortunately as we moved a little bit, we discovered that the road was blocked and jam-packed with a long traffic which put all road users on a hold including our vehicle.

The cause of the traffic was a clash between truck drivers and Kaduna State Traffic and Environmental Law Enforcement Agency (KADSTELEA).

They stopped the a truck driver according to the information I got there and he refused to stopped, Omo! Youth are not smiling here ooo

so they punched his tyres, in annoyance the driver crossed the road with his long truck and demanded that his tyres must be paid.

Funny enough the youth in that area and other truck drivers came and supported the protest by crossing the road on both sides with their trucks and also the road users are making use of one length because of the ongoing road construction.

It took hours, I was left with no option than to trek to office for about 1 hour and a half. It wasn't easy because the sun was very hot. After office hours I returned back home and that was all for the day cause I was very tired.
