Diary Game|| 03-08-2024|| I Took Advantage of the Ongoing Protest to Wash Clothes With my Wife

Dear diary,

In my country right now there's a serious hunger protest going on right now which is tagged #endbadgovernance which necessited staying indoors at home without going to work for security reasons. The protest is scheduled for 10 days starting from August 1st 2024, today being August 3rd 2024 marked the day 3 of the ongoing protest.

My work those not exclude weekends, though today is Saturday; I could not go to work this day because all roads are blocked with securities everywhere so I decided to stay at home. Unlike usual where my wife do wash my clothes while in office, for some days now she has been very occupied; though she attempted to wash them but I resisted her because I don't want her to overworked herself.

The compulsory stay at home due to the National ongoing protest granted me and my wife the chance to washed them all. The picture here was when I was drying the washed clothes using the line at the back of my apartment.

I woke up very early today, after performing my usuals I studied for about two hours there about. I took my breakfast and joined my wife who has started washing already to washed all our dirty clothes.

After washing the clothes we cooked our lunch which was spaghetti as you can see in the picture here.

Unfortunately my phone was off already because my battery was low. My wife's phone also later went off which made it impossible for me to snap the food when it was done. Later in the evening we went out with my wife to buy some groceries from the grocery store.

Returning home, I spent the rest of my day with my lovely wife and child watching movies.
