Hello and welcome to my blog for today. I hope all is really working out fine and cool. Today a new and fresh contest has been introduced to the community, and it has gained my heart, which is why I have decided to participate in it no matter what ever happens.

There was a quote that said that "health is wealth." This means that without good health, there is no way we can plan ahead to become rich or wealthy in life, which means that we should do all it takes to make sure that we are always in good condition. Most especially towards kids, parents should do their best to see that their kids are always in good condition through healthy feeding. When a child is fed good and nutritious food, he or she grows to be quite different from the others around the corner; they have a specific and better way of thinking than others.

Healthy feeding towards kids should be well maintained as it helps to shape the mindset of a child for good and not for violence. When a child grows up eating more good foods, it makes them:

Stay alive, be active, move and work: forming the habbit of always providing good and nutritious food for your kids is very much essential and needed, even though you don't have enough cash to provide, but their feeding habbit should be the main priority if every parent around the world, when a child eats good food, he or she grows to be alive, very active and sharp, moves around the whole corner without disturbing and even works more than other kids of his or her age.

New cells and tissues are built, which gives room for quick growth. Good food is the only thing we need to survive on this earth. When you give good food to your child, it plays a good role in creating and developing new cells and tissues in the body, which at last helps to fight against disease, and so therefore helps the child to grow rapidly and in good health.

Major foods that are more likely to be consumed by kids

Fruits and vegetables: Yes, fruits and veggies are so much good and needed for the proper development of a child, and at the appropriate time, when you give more fruits and veggies to your kids, you will see so much change in their bodies.

Not much carbohydrates and protein: In raising a child, you should never give much carbohydrates or protein to a child; give it to them in a small quantity, but give more fruits and veggies to the kid. Although carbohydrates help so much in the rapid growth of a child, they have their own future effects on the body.

Much water in every minute of the day: Water is something that is very much needed in the body and has been classified among the major classes of food, and it is said that water is among the fuel that helps in the good work of the body, so therefore we should give more of it to our kids in order to make other parts of the body function effectively.
