Hello friends,how are you all doing and am happy to be here once again to participate in this week's contest with one of my interesting topic.
Some people with these such characters are feared by other kids in the society in a situation that they might harm others and also in other countries like India they are given a home were they are given good training to change from their bad life and at last some of them may end up going to prison or been killed if they try to harm others.

what is juvenile delinquency??

Juvenile delinquency is an anti social or criminal act that is been seen in the lives of young ones that are not up to the age of 18,whose act is against the Constitution of the country.
Children with this act are been characterized as criminals and also they are feared by other children in the society so with this,children with this act should be left in the society were other children live

what are the types or forms??

There are four types of juvenile delinquency and I will explain them one by one.

individual delinquency

This can be defined as a type of delinquency in which one person is involved in a delinquent act.
Some of the explanation of this delinquent act is mostly explained by the
psychiatrist which they explained it is as a result of having some phycological problems.

group supported delinquency

This is seen as a don't of delinquency that is done by a group of people who believe
In one thing and thus type of delinquency is seen due to personality issues but because of what a group of people whose work is to harm non members.

organized delinquency

This is a type of delinquency that can be seen or done or committed by an organized group and this type of delinquency is not seen in the personality or background of a person.

situational delinquency

This type of delinquency is quite different from the other three as it can be commited by a person due to weeker reinforcement of family retrains and some financial issues.

causes of juvinile delincency

There are many causes of this problem in our society and some of them are:

lack of parental care

Some of these issues are seen due to lack of parental care .
Like example,a man and his wife might be government workers all together and that will make them not to less chance to take care of their children and this will encourage the kids to join bad friends and at last they will turn to something miserable to the society and also as a disgrace to the family.

lack of education

This is another reason why we face this problem in our society because an educated kid will never engage his or her self in such acts.

poverty

This is another cause of juvenile delinquency and it is commonly seen in our area here.
Poverty can make man to involve his or her self in criminal acts and also the government should provide social amenities and skill acquisition centers so that everyone can learn at least a hand work and that will help to stop this problem in our society.

consequences of juvinile delincency

I can equally say that the only consequence of those that get involved in this act is loss of death.
Because you can not kill a soul and beset free and according to the Constitution anyone that kills a human shall be sentenced to death either by hanging or life imprisonment.

are there kids in your area involved in it

Yes,these cases has been all around our area and of recent there was a boy who stole a sewing machine from a shop and later he was caught selling it and he was taken to the police and after everything he was charged and till now he is still in the prison sail.
