Materials

• A4 Paper.
• A pencil.
• Eraser.
• sharpener.
• Marker.

Steps On How I Drew My Tilapia Fish

---

I brought out my A4 paper with my pencil, then started with drawing the mouth down to the back and the full sketched body.

---

The i started adding the fins, scales and eyes, including the inner fin being the pictorial fin.

---

When i was done with that one, i proceeded with adding some shades to the fins and where else necessary.

---

The next was to add the little crook on the body to make it look more attractive.

---

I added a little beauty to it by using my marker to make a dotted mark on the drawing. Then design my A4 paper at once. Then am done.

Describe A Tilapia Fish

---

Tilapia are therefore described as a shaped like sunfish or crappie which can be easily identified by the obvious lateral line characteristic of the Chiclid family of fishes. They are compressed laterally with that deep bodies and have long dorsal fins which enables them to swim fast.

Tilapias literally comprises of three genera: Tilapia, Sarotherodon, and Oreochromis. These three genera are being placed together in the tilapiine cichlid tribe. Tilapias therefore inhabit a variety of fresh and brackish water( less common) habitats from shallow streams and ponds through to rivers, lakes, and estuaries etc.

Where Do They Live?

Most Tilapia are freshwater fish inhabiting or dwelling in shallow streams, ponds, rivers, and lakes, and are less commonly found living in brackish water.

Is There Any Difference Between Scale Fish And Fish Without Scale?

Scales protect fish, much like a suit of an armor, All fish have a slimy covering of mucus. This substance therefore allows these fishes to swim through the water with very little drag or struggle and also makes it difficult for other organism in the water to get attracted to the fish.	Fish without scales are liken to be prey to other aquatic animals because there is no huck for protection, alternatives to the protection scales can be tough leathery skin or bony plates.

Tilapia fish is a popular edible fish that has low rate in fat and a good source of protein B12 and vitamin D. It mostly consumed in the United States and globally. In 120 countries and territories, it is the most farmed fish, they grow quickly, and so therefore the most preferred fish for farming.

Yes, i have seen it before in my town's local market where goods are been sold. And at that i have tasted it before.

Are They Important To Man, What Significant Role Do They Play In Humans Life? Talk About Their Nutritional Value?

Yes, they play a very important role to humans life and they include;
• Tilapia is a very good quality food which has or delicious flesh.
• It is quite suitable for processing into smoked, dried or pickled products.
• They adapt themselves to a very wide range of conditions.
• It helps to clean many injurious insects from ponds as a good insects and worm predator.
• It is low in price and easy to prepare.

I don't believe this fish is actually harmful unless one handles it with carelessness and gets injured by the fins.

Yes i have eaten it before, i prefer it fresh, i love to feel the taste of the oil in the fish when cooked, that is why i prefer the fresh.

CONCLUSION:

Tilapia fish tends to be one of the best fishes to consume which have scientifically proven to helps multiple the sperm cells and keep it healthy. It work effectively and nutritiously in every human body. Expectant mums are also meant to eat it very well. Thanks to the organizer of this contest its really a nice one.
