New DIY contest week 18// my DIY collection

Beautiful day to steemians in this wonderful community. I am here to notify my entry in this DIY contest hosted by @mesola. Today I drew a rose flower and I'm going to show you all the steps I took to accomplish this drawing and I hope you guys will like it.

Before I begin I would like to invite @goodybest, @entity and @emmaboy to this contest.

So let's proceed
Here are the some of the tools that were needed for this artwork

1 A sheet of paper
2 A pencil
3 An eraser
4 crayons

Step 1
I began drawing by starting a sketch regarding the stalk of the flower with some leaves on each side and this was how it t like 👇

Step 2
After drawing it's stalk, my next focus was the flower. I did this by starting to draw the outer part.I drew it and it looked like this 👇

Step 3
I completed the drawing of the flower from the outer part to the inner part and it looked like this 👇

Step 4
Finally I got some crayons and began applied on the flower. The green colour for the stalk and the red colour for the flower. As you can see below 👇

How you got the idea?
I had the idea of drawing something and the first thing that came to my mind was a rose flower

How useful is what you have made?
It can be used as a wallpaper or something attractive to look at. Meanwhile flowers may be used to decorate houses, it may be used to produce perfumes and it may used to produce dye. In Nigeria we use a special flower to produce a special drink called "zobo"

Which kid did you inspire or intend to inspire?
My sister's admired it and loved it and I'm glad they did. I hope it may inspire them and others who view this post

In conclusion
