Greetings to all our VIPs in this wide community. This is another contest alert that brings sweet smell and satisfaction.

Porridge beans and ripe plantain has been my favourite since I was a kid. Beans poridge was the first dish I ever prepared and was congratulated for cooking so we'll. Now if I am cooking it,everyone knows it will come out well

For this challenge, I'll be cooking my favourite dish. Let's see how it's made.

Ingredients

Salt, Seasoning cubes, Onions, Pepper, crayfish

Procedures

The following are the procedures/steps I took in preparation of Beans & Plantain.

Removed the unwanted particles (debris) from the beans
Poured water into the cooking pot, emptied the beans into it and turned in the fire

I covered the pot and waited for it to boil. After some time, it boiled and I parboiled it( i.e an incomplete cooking to make the beans resistant to pests.)

After parboiling, I added seasoning cubes and popper into the beans and covered the pot.

I peeled and sliced the ripe plantain into a bowl, sliced the onions, selected the crayfish along the salt while the be ans was still cooking.

When the beans was almost done, I poured the plantain, oil, and crayfish into the beans
After that, I sliced vegetables and added it to the porridge lastly with the salt

Almost Done!😋stir well

Best served when hot 🍲
