Delegation is the act is sharing power willingly to persons. Delegation can also e defined as the act of lending your Steem power to another user while you are still in power of it because the person recieving the delegation cannot power down his or her account.

2. What does delegation mean to you?

To me, delegation means giving somebody or some users some or all of my Steem power that is not transfered to the user after which I receive a reward at the end of the month. It is an investment which accumulates interest and I can decide to take it back any time I wish to do so.

To steemkids, delegation means adding to her Steem power to have more influence in the community. It will prevent her from powering down her SP which means total lockup until all the delegators have withdrawn their delegations.
