Go to profile and click on wallet
Sign in to my wallet
My wallet before power up
Click on steemh or the drop down arrow for the menu. Click on power up.
On the next page, put the amount of steem token, example 50, and click on power up
Confirm the power up on the next page and click on OK
I have successfully completed the power up.
