Dear diary,
A mentor of mine will always say you don't need money to really succeed or thrive in a particular industry in this our era but all you need is depth knowledge which you will sell for price of money.The narrative below would give you details of how my day went that day

Morning activities

So the previous two nights, i was shocked with the goods news that popped up in my mail which was my admission letter into port harcourt real estate academy,i was so excited because out of many students who applied into the academy,i was among the luck ones and this really made my night exciting and awesome.

Port harcourt real estate academy is a citadel of learning for real estate, this academy is designed for various set of people as follows:-

• Professional real estate practitioners
  *Set of people who are already into real estate but wants to top-up their game in the industry.
  *Also the sets already in the industry e.g realtors.

We had our first class for the session of the year and it was filled with a lot of value packed.we learnt real estate fundamentals starting from real estate definitions,down to the various type of real estate, purpose of real estate etc and it was awesome.

Afternoon activities

After the value packed class which ended with a few valuable advice from our faculty head ,He adviced us if we are upto to 18 years that it is time to stop jumping from one industry to another and be consistent with one ,he laid emphasis on the need to seeks your direction Early and the benefits of knowing the directions you're headed in life at an early stage in other not to discover in our 50s that we have be wasting our times in the wrong direction of life.

We did general introduction and we all proceeded to network with our fellow coursemates and exchanged contacts,we all took some beautiful pictures together so as to save memories against the future and i must say the set of people admitted this year are bunch of fun, intelligent and nice set of people as it wasn't hard to interact or communicate with them.

After that we all proceeded home , everyone pairing and heading to their directions as i left to my lodge alone since my sister who i stay together with wasn't around

As i got home i quickly cut some yam to prepare for myself and i already decided in my mind to make it fries and eat

while watching the new K-drama movies(Romance is a bonus book) on my phone,
After which i took my note book i used for the class to revise what i was taught that day and to reflect on it especially the advice that was dished out and well with everything i learnt it was a great day tho a bit stressful so i had to retire to bed to sleep until the next day.
