Hello dear @franyeligonzalez, after reading and going through your article, I realized that your childhood dreams of being a doctor was indeed a successful one which is quite remarkable and awesome. Growing up as kids, we always have alot of dreams and it's always quite unfortunate that we can't full fill all of our dreams and some other people don't even full fill any of their dreams as God will direct them towards different paths.
