Steem Power Award Winners For The Month of January, 2024

The long awaited day has come to stay. I know most of us here have been anxiously waiting for the Grammy award day so to speak. This one is more like a Grammy award. This challenge started with a roar. A lot of newbies especially showed particular interest in participating in the challenge. This is one of my innovatives in helping newcomers grow their steem Power.
This challenge was about the survival of the fittest and challenge with those that have grace. The challenge started with 7 challengers who had foundational Steem power and were willing to increase it. These challengers are ;

Week 1 of the challenge started with the elimination of those who flaunted the rules. All the challengers except 3 were evicted because some were inactive, did power up, and the likes of them. Only three out of 7 challengers survived the woods and thorns. So to open this year, I'll give the Steem Power Awards to the three surviving challengers who did their best in ensuring they made at least 1 steem weekly

| @kidi | This user made 139 steem Power in a month. He started out with 573 SP and here is he on 709 SP. He has made the growth possible and that's what my aim was. Although the challenge was to hit 200 SP, he got more than half . He used a strategy that I mostly encourage those who participate in this challenge and it worked out well for him. Your consistency is what I admire. |

| @alli001 | This user made 75 steem Power in a month. He started out as a newbie with 5 SP and here is he on 80 SP. This growth as a newcomer is quite impressive. I'll congratulate him especially for taking up this challenge and giving it his all. Although he didn't hit the target, he achieved something. It's the growth we're active. |
| @princevincent1 | One thing I like about this user is that he doesn't give up as an old user. Despite the fact that he sees less votes which sometimes discourage him from making more posts, he still press on. He made 128 steem Power in a month. He started out with 101 SP. His growth though small is worthwhile. |
Now to the presentation of awards. **By the power vested on me as the host of this challenge, I use this opportunity to present the STEEM POWER AWARDS to these three users. They are the winners of the year.
