I bring to you all a special greeting from this part of the world members of @steemkidss and all you great steemians all over the world how are you all doing today.
I welcome you all to my blog today as I am here to participate in this interesting contest organised by this great community.
Writing bring us ideas and knowledge because the more we witite the more we learn and discover new things.
The human body
The human body is mad up of cells, tissues, organs and system. The muscles control all the cells activities.
Body cell
Man like all other living thing show definite and organised structure.
This is why we belong to the called organism, the fundamental living stuff present in all organisms is called protoplasm.
When a living substance of man observed under the microscope it will be seen that it is protoplasm, is not a continuous mass but an arrangement of series of separated unit of little compartment. These little compartment are called cells. cell are thus, the living block from which man is build. They are also refered to as unit of life.
Tissue
A group of similar cells which are specialize to perform a certain function in our body.
A tissue is therefore a mass of cell performing one of the structure of which the body is composed.
Types of tissues
The following are types of tissues in our body
Epithelial tissue: This cover both the internal and external surface of certain organs for instance simple and stratified epithelial tissues.
Connective tissues: This bring the various body part together.
Muscular tissue: This give power to organism for all kind of locomotion ( movement ) in our body.
Skelelar tissue: This is the hardest substance of alm human tissues.
Blood tissue: This is fluid tissue of human body.
Nerve tissues: It main function is irritability and conduction; they are located in the brain.
Organs
These more complex unit than tissue when several tissue unit in a definite pattern to perform a given functions, this way and organ is formed.
The mammalian kidney for example, contain blood, smooth muscle, connective and several different types of epithelium.
There are several organs in the body for instance the eye, mount, intestine, teeth, liver etc.
System
The organs of the human body are arranged together as a system.
A system is therefore the combination of organs in the performance of a common function.
The stomach for instance is only a part of the digestive system other part being the liver etc. Which cooperate together to digest the food and distribute them to other part of the body.
