in Steem Kids & Parentslast month (edited)

Garri is life but unfortunately many of us do not even know how they process garri but we love eating it so much that we can't do without it.
Many of us here in this platform don't know how they process garri, so I taught of sharing this wonderful blog of mine with the various steps in processing garri with you guys.

Those in the university will testify the imported of garri in their lives because it is a life saver and the most important good of any student.

The first step in garri processing, harvesting, and peeling

Tye 's first step in processing garri is to go to your cassava farm and harvest that cassava that is in it. After that, you will start peeling them, which is not easy at all.
Steps in processing garri is very stressful and tiring infact each time I hear that we are going to do the farm to do garri mime mind will beat hahaha because the work is not easy at all it take 2 to 3 days to round up with the garri processing.

Last wee, we did garr, and I was the one that harvested it, and my mum and siblings were peeling them.

After I finished harvesting I also joined in peeling the cassava to enable us to finish on time, after peeling it we washed them and took them to the engine that will grind them, pushing it from the farm to the location of the engine was really stressful but we had to do it.

Currently the price of garri is very cost, imagine buying washing had of garri for 5,000 NGN so it best we do it ourselves instead of wasting unnecessary money

Step 2, Taking it for grinding

The cassava that we harvested

Pushing the cassava inside our truck to the location of the engine was not an easy task at al.

The engine that grind the garri

Thank God that we arrived there successfully, and we met the man that is grinding, and we quickly grind ours and packed them in a sack bag, where it will stay for one day before it will dry.

In the image above is an instrument that is used in pressing the garri so that it will dry very well.
We came back two days later to fry the garri, and we removed them from the jack and took them to the where we would fry it because it dried very well.

Step 3, Filtering

They are some chaff inside the garri, so it is recommended that we filter them properly so that it will be good for consumption.
So my sister was the person that filter the remaining part of the garri, though I have been filtering but as soon as she arrived I gave her to complete it so that I will assist my brother I'm frying it.

She brought food for us to eat and I was very hungry as if she knew what was going through my mind, I quickly ate the food and went on to blow the fire so that it will catch quickly so we can finish quickly and return home in a good time.

The final and last step, which is frying

This is not an easy task at all because it requires patience. When you are frying the garri, they will be too much smoke disturbing you, but you will have to endure.

After everything this is what you will get
Once you are frying the garri, you will be happy because it is the final stage of garri processing. After frying it, you will just dry it in a cool place so that it will get cold.

I am inviting @josepha, @simonnwigwe, @pandora2010, @rdp89 and @samina-meenu to join me and participate in this wonderful contest
