It's a new day so let's make good use if it, I am very happy participating in this contest I found today's topic interesting so I decided to participate in it and I hope you all will find my entry interesting and educative while reading.
Responsible simply means the duty or job of doing something or taking care of somebody / something so that one may be blamed if anything goes wrong.
On the other hand parenthood is the state of being a parent, a person, father or mother.
Responsible parenthood is defined within the concept of family. Parent wether responsible or irresponsible, play their roles in sharing of the family and offsprings of their family or children. The most critical period of human life has been identified to extend from birth to old age, this is a time when habits are formed.
Providing for the household: It is the responsibility of parents to provide all the material, educational, social, spiritual and medical needs of the household. The parent ought to provide shelters, food and clothing for the family.
Caring: Caring is the act of being kind and caring for one another most especially in their time of need.
Education: Education is the right of every child it is also the sole responsibilities of parents, education is the power and giving a child a quality education is the greatest gift and invaluable legacy parents can give to their children.
Good home training: This covers a wide range of character, it can help in building the reputation of ones family, good home training made most of us where we are today, but unfortunately some had a bad home training and it's disturbing them up till now.
It's the role of a responsible parent to build self-esteem in their children.
Teach them proper values: Parents have to stimulates their children natal facilities, they have to teach them to stop doing wrong things.
Responsible citizens: The important method of responsible parenthood is the growing and production of responsible citizens in our country.
Reduction in crime: Responsible parents make sure that children are not in any way at any time kept idle, because an idle man they say is the devil's workshop.
Harmonious coexistence in homes: They is a saying that says children are parents of children so the extent to which children are taken care of determining the degree of harmony that will exist in their homes when they take up their own homes.
Discipline society: Responsible parent produce discipline society parents are to say that, to live a life of purpose and success, are most be disciplined.
Obedient students and staff: Responsible parenthood ensures obedient students and youth.
