Human right can be defined or seen as these right that are fundamental basic and essential to human existence which and individual must enjoy in an area, a state or country.
It can also be seen as ones natural right to behave as lines without any restrictant.

Right to life: Every person has the right to life and no one shall deprived from these right.
Right to dignity of human person: This means that every body is entitled to respect for the dignity of his person that's no person shall be subject to torture or be held in slavery or forced compulsory labour.
Right to personal liberty: Every person is entitled to his personal liberty and no person shall be deprived of such liberty.
Right to fair hearing: A person shall be entitled to fair hearing within a reasonable time by a court or other tribunal established law.
Right to private and family life: This includes the privacy of a citizen's their homes correspondence, telephone conservation and telegraphic communication.
Right to freedom of movement: This confers on every Nigerian citizen the right to move freely through Nigeria 🇳🇬 and to reside in any pare of the country.
Right to compulsory acquisition of property: This implies that no movable property shall be taken possession.
Right to freedom of thought conscience and religion.
Right to freedom of expression and it press.
Right to peaceful assembly and association.
Right to freedom from discrimination and also right to require and own in movable property any where in Nigeria 🇳🇬.

Equality: This Implies that all right are equal and important no one is movital than other.
Fundamental: Human right are fundamental because without them the life and dignity of man will be meaningless.
Indivisibility: A human right are equally important for people to flourish and participate in the society.
Constitutionality: This means that all the human right are fixed.
Inherent: This implies that all human rights and not granted by any person or authority.
Factors that limit the right of a citizen's:
For public interest: This state can acquire the poverty of an individual. If the properties were acquire in a questionable or dubious way.
Emergency situation can also curtail the movement of people. These arises as a result of unprecedented crises to enable the government control the situation, it posseses a state of emergency or local government areas.
The infant lunatic and sick are restricted from movement.
