On this occasion I will make a post about my child's food challenge on his birthday by giving Tumpeng rice instead of tart.
Tumpeng rice is one of the most popular types of rice in Indonesia. The cone-shaped and distinctive yellow texture uses natural dyes from the turmeric spice and is given a variety of side dishes in it. Packed with traditional ingredients and placed in a large plate and given natural leaves such as banana leaves in a circle shape.
Tumpeng rice is usually served in celebration events, children's birthdays, with the availability of Tupeng rice can strengthen togetherness in family relationships. After the agenda is finished in a salvation event, this rice is eaten together with the family with side dishes, chili sauce, and various vegetables. The manufacturing process will take a long time, a variety of spices and ingredients must be prepared so that this food can be cooked perfectly, although a little tired in the process of making it but the results of the dish will not disappoint you will be satisfied.
In this celebrating agenda, we are not busy inviting guests, only inviting guests from close family, my son is very happy and excited to eat this tumpeng rice, my child's appetite is very different from eating other ordinary foods. My son devoured this food because the shape and color of the substitute for his birthday cake was very unique and interesting, so he looked happy, we as a family were very satisfied with this event, with the hope of providing rice tumpeng again in another event.
