What's is food and what food provide in the body

Food is any substance consume by living organisms to provide them with necessary nutrients and energy to sustain life and support body functions. It is and essential part of human and animals existence,as well as many others organisms.

Food provide a essential nutrients that are necessary for the proper functioning and maintenance of the human body. These nutrients can be broadly categorized into several group which are: carbohydrates, protein,fat, vitamin, minerals and water

  • CARBOHYDRATES: These can be defined as one of the three main Marco nutrients, along with protein, and fats, that provide energy to the human body.

  • PROTEIN : Can be defined as the large, complex molecule that play essential role in the structure, function, and regulations of cell, tissue, and organs in living organisms.

  • FAT: It can be simply defined as the process context of human physiology and health, "fat" refer to adipose tissue which is naturally storage of energy in the form of triglycerides with in the body

  • VITAMIN: Vitamin are essential organic compounds that are required in small amount by our bodies to support various physiological function.

  • MINERALS: Minerals can be defined as the essential nutrients found in various food that play crucial rules in maintaining overalls health and supporting various physiological process in the body .

  • WATER: Water simply defined as the clear, odorless, and tasteless liquid that cover about 71% of earth surface and essential for all know form of life life .

The content of food in the body!

In the body the are various nutrients and substance that are absorbed and utilized by the body after consuming food. Food is composed of servers essential component that provide energy, support growth and repair, and maintenance overall health. The main categories of food content include: Macro nutrients, fiber, antioxidant, phytochemicals etc.

I don't have a physical presence or the ability to interact with the world directly so,i don't have the capability to cook food myself.
