There's this Joy I derived anytime i found myself in the kitchen trying to make a difference in cooking, especially if am opportune with my local recipe. Oh yes, we have different varieties dishes that gives a nutritional health benefits to promote proper growth.

One of it is what am about to share in DIY. It's is known as Otomboro( Banana porridge). To get this done, things are needed to achieve a successful preparation.

• Banana(unripe) • Red oil • Fish(ibat)

• Crayfish • Vegetables • Seasoning cube

• pepper • Periwinkle • Salt

Gather the banana in one place, use knife to peel out the fruit one after the other.

Wash the peel banana. Use greater and begin to grind it to have a soft, smooth texture. When you're done, use a pitch of salt to mix it together.

With a clear pot, put all the ingredients, crayfish, fish, pepper, salt, seasoning cubes. Mix very well, have a taste and place the pot on fire to boil.

The pot has boil very well, use eatable spoon or preferably your hand, cut in the grinded banana into the pot, pour in a little oil on top of the mixture and cover it to cook for 20minute.

Plug out the vegetable from the stem, Wash and slice. Open the pot and stir it gently, then spray the periwinkle, allow for 2minutes.

Add the slice vegetables, stir it together and pour in enough oil as this meal require oil to make it more attractive.

The Otomboro is ready as I a stir the oil in order to mix everything together and then off the light

Children are not excerpted to enjoy this local dish. Is very good for them to take at anytime of the day and is one of the best food for babies who takes himself or herself from breastfeeding.

For infants, it can be prepare as a mixed cereal or just as I share above but not all ingredients will be added.

For children who can eat on their own, the unripe bananas can be boil just like plantain for them to eat or as cereal or porridge.

In adults, it's depends on your choice. It's still good if you go for banana swallow, making it to be in form of flour, porridge or boil.

Banana, a source of vitamins, fiber which aid to support digestion, weight loss, serve as antioxidant to the body. It's also known to be rich in nutrients food which improve blood sugar levels and insulin sensitivity.

Banana is a lovable meal, fruit for pregnant women. Most times, elderly people crave so much for banana.
