It is very sure that most people tend to forget about some healthy tips to avoid after taking our daily meal. This is something that is very common among individual. And today, this tips is a reminder to you as health is number one priority. Let go!

  Seven (7) Don't After Meal
  • Don't eat fruit immediately after meal : Eating of fruit immediately after meal is very common to see in the life of an individual. They believe the fruit will aid for easily digestion. Oh no! What will happen is that, it will cause the stomach to be bloated with air.

In other to be healthy when taking the fruit, eat the fruit 1hour before the meal or 1-2hours after taking the meal. With this, your stomach will not have any discomfort.

  • Don't drink tea: Drinking of tea is another unhealthy lifestyle to avoid. This is because some tea leaf has acidic content in it. Using it immediately after meal will cause the protein content in the food consumed to be hardened, therefore causing difficult for the food to digest.

  • Don't smoke: Chronic smokers find it difficult to believe that there's a high chance of getting cancer when you smoke immediately after meal. This is because, they don't feel satisfy when they eat except one stick of cigarettes is added to the meal.

It is proven by the expert that taking 1stick of cigarettes after meal is comparable to taking 10 sticks of cigarettes in which the chance of getting cancer is high.

  • Don't bath: Another common thing found in people's lives is bathing. Bathing is easily seen in students. Sometime, I in particular, I found myself doing it. Taking bath immediately meal will harm the hands, the legs and the body as well. This is because there will be an increase in the blood flow.

And the increase of blood flow will then cause an decrease in the amount of blood in the stomach, thereby weakening the digestive system in our stomach.

  • Don't loosening your belt: When belt is loosen after meal, the harm goes to the intestines because it will cause the intestines to be twisted and blocked.

  • Don't walk about: Walking is very fond to some people after meal especially those who over feed themselves. Walking after meal will not allowed the body to properly absorb the nutrition from the food intake because the digestive system is been harm while walking.

  • Don't sleep immediately after meal: The final tip is also common. This is also found among people doing it immediately taken some medicine, they will sleep. What happened here is that, the food intake will not properly digest. As such, the undigested food will lead to gastric and infection in the intestine.

Our health is important. It is the number one priority of life. Abiding to the rules of living a good and happy life and taking precursions on the things that can affect the body is a good habit. Therefore, try your best to know the dos and don't of being in good health.

Wow!! Are you a nurse?? Because your words is so prescriptive. I've learned at least three New things in your post, I won't eat fruit immediately after eating, I won't bath immediately after eating and I won't walk around immediately after eating. Thanks for the advice dear..🤗🤗
