Hi, everyone in steem kids and parents community. I greet you and welcome you all to another new week. I believe you are doing great. Mine is also great and am so excited to join this week writing expedition.

Since it is everyday topic and today been Monday has to do with health topic. So my entry is going to on Coconut

Generally, coconut is a very known fruit because coconut is grown in different parts of the world. Coconut is a tropical palm plant that belong to the family of Arecaceae. Coconut has a very hard shell with edible white fruit flesh and a very nice, sweet clear liquid often known as water inside.

Because of the nutritional benefits of coconut, it is love by many. Both kids and adults love coconut. Not only the benefits, it also has so many ways in which coconut is useful, that is why people love this fruit. Everything containing is coconut is useful in one way or the other, stated from the hard shell to the flesh to the water, all are useful to man.

Health benefits of eating Coconut

Coconut which is highly nutritious, has an health benefits to human.

  • Coconut as a high fat fruit has a very powerful antibacterial components or properties that serves the body as defence.
