Transportation is one of the things we use on our daily basis to give us a less stress journey. It makes us feel free to go from one location to another in an easy way, am glad to join this week and to share my opinion on transportation

What Is Transportation?

Transportation is defined as the movement of goods and persons from place to place and the various means by which such movement is accomplished is known as transportation. Transportation is one of the thing that makes life easy.

What are the benefits of transportation

• Transportation make life easier by improving quality of life.

• Transportation facilitates trade by allowing businesses to buy and sell goods, services, and materials.

• Transportation helps to bring stability in price of different products.

• Transportation promote economic growth of the community and society at large.

• It helps in providing both in transporting whatever comes out of one location to the next location and give individual access to different location too.

Mention and explain three types of water transportation

• Inland water transportation

• Fishing boat water transportation

• Sea water transportation

Inland water transportation
This is the type of water transportation which involves the use of canoes, Boats, ferries to move good and people from one place to another thing canals, river, lakes.

Fishing boat
This is the type of water transportation use to convey fishermen and women out to an open water to fish and have the storage capacity to convey back the catch.

Sea transportation
A sea transportation is also known as international water transportation: This type of water transportation involve the use of tramline, coastal liners, tankers and supertanker, ocean liners to move people and good (cargoes) from one country to another through the Sea and oceans.
