Firstly brain is an important part of the body that no human can do without, its a part of the body that controls everything about a human living.

In my own understanding, proof of brain has to do how i use my brain, what i can offer, how i think.

Proof of brain means that i don't depend on using another person's thinking or already made works, rather i think to come out with something different and exclusive.

Why is it important to know and understand it?

It is very important to understand when we are using our mental powers and when we are relying on already made thinking.
When we use our brains very good,we will also know if we benefited or not, we will also known how adjust in our way of thinking.

How can you apply it?

Personally, i don't based my activities on another mans thinking, i use my brain in whatever i want to do, and when those plans fail i also use the same brain to correct myself.

How does it relate to our stay here as steemians?

As a steemian, all my work has to be proof of brain, i should always think of a special thing to write about, not depending on a writer, or to rephrase there writing.

How can we learn to make use of proof of brain?

Both in our business and in steemit, we should always thinking about something different, something special, something new, something that is not common, then this can be called proof of brain. Because its going to create awareness and draw more people to our organization.

What are the challenges?

One of the challenges is brain burn out, we easily ran out of ideas, we wont want to be wasting time thinking when there is an already made idea.

Why should we make use of it despite the challenges?

Because for us to succeed both in business and on steemit, we need some new and non common ideas, not just once, we need to be thinking every seconds of our lives to make a difference in our businesses and our steemit page.

Conclusion

Proof of brain is very important, that is why all quality write up that are exclusive or proof of brain are being rewarded on steemit, that encourages users to do more thinking and more use of there brain.
