woow is another contest time in our lovely kids community.

Today I will be so happy to express my little knowledge about children,s health what keeps a child healthy and how it can be obtained.

what a healthy child means.

A healthy child means a child that is physically, emotionally and mentally and socially fit.

Factors that are considered for a child to be healthy

There are some necessary things a child needs to be healthy.

Diets

For a child to be healthy they need daily diet intake that will supply various vitamins which the body needs to be healthy.

Fresh fruits intake.

Children needs daily intake of fruits like

  • Apple.
  • Oranges.
  • Banana
  • kiwi
  • Guava
    and many other fruits.

Fruit intake helps to build the immune system of the children, and when they have a strong immune system thier body will be able to fight against any infection or virus that might attack thier body.

Carbohydrates intake.

Carbohydrate intake is very vital for a child to be healthy, daily intake of carbohydrates food like;

  • Oats or cereals.
  • Brown rice.
  • Pasta.
  • Potatoes
  • Ripe plantains
  • Milk
  • Beverages

A child needs daily intake of carbohydrates to be healthy enough.

Vegetables

Daily intake of vegetables helps the children to be healthy and strong.
Vegetables like;

  • Pumpkin leaf.
  • Spinach leaf.
  • Green bell pepper.
  • Cabbage.
  • Red bell pepper.
  • Mushrooms.
  • Tomatoes.
  • Broccoli.
  • Onions.

Protein intakes.

Daily intake of protein helps to keep the children healthy.
Foods like:

  • Beans.
  • Meat.
  • Fish.
  • Nuts.
  • Eggs.
    And many more.

Physical exercise.

Try as much as possible best to engage on physical exercise with your children, it helps them to be physically fit, not just that it also helps to save them from being depressed.

More to that physical exercise helps to build a child's heart muscle, helps to build a stronger bone on them, gives them healthy growth and builds a child self-esteem.

Physical exercises includes engaging them on daily Jogging, dancing, running, walking,hiking.

All this factors keeps a child not just healthy but very healthy.
More to that it serves the parents from visiting the hospital often because they will be rarely ill.

Conclusion

Sometimes because of ignorance we might think that the above mentioned factors are for the rich or that they are unattainable, simply stated they are very close to us, because we have different kinds of fruits around us, if one is costly the other one might be cheap, just make it a custom having in mind the benefits that comes from our children taking healthy diet.

When you come to physical exercise, it use to be a kind of difficult because of tight schedule, but it should be part of our lifestyle to engage our children in physical activities.
