1. What is Juvenile Delinquency?

Simply started juvenile delinquency is a crime or unlawful conduct teenagers at the range of 7- 14years commits.

This crime can include rape, stealing, killing someone and other things that are against the law of a country.

2.What are the types or forms?

There are 4 types of juvenile delinquency;

• Individual delinquency

• Group-Juvenile delinquency.

• Organized delinquency.

• Situational delinquency.

• INDIVIDUAL DELINQUENCY; This is when a minor commits some form of crimes without a single support, this can include doing things that are unlawfully in the family or at school.

• GROUP JUVENILE DELINQUENCY; when a group of minor gather to commit some crimes in the neighborhood, or in the society and in thier school.

• ORGANIZED DELINQUENCY; this is simply when a sort of crime commited in the community was organized by a group of minor

• SITUATIONAL DELINQUENCY; Crime committed by a minor due to pressure from some mate, or wrong training , or wrong environment, sometimes being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

3.What are the causes?

There are some major factors that moves a minor to commit unlawful crimes.

• when a child who should be in school is busy rooming on the street this can lead that minor to start thinking of some act that are abnormal.

• when a child is in a school where there is no rule and many minor are doing whatever they want, this can affect the growth of an innocent child.

• when the home is always a violent type, the mother and the father always hurts each other, no two ways that their children will pick after them especially at tender age because they might see violence as part of the normal living.

• when a child is being trained in a corrupt environment, this is also a factor that causes juvenile delinquency.

• Pressures from other children that are corrupt can also be an influence.

• When a child lacks good prenatal guidance it can lead to juvenile delinquency.

• When are child is abused in an early age, this affects a minors thinking and can lead to juvenile delinquency.

4. What are the consequences

The consequences of a minor committing crime is very sobering because this completely shatters the childs future if care is not taken.

• In most cases the child goes to jail, it affects the childs mental and physical health.

• The family is affected, because no mother is ever happy when his child is not doing fine.

• Such ones become a bad threat to the community.

• The child academic life is affected, some of them drop out from school.

5.Are the kids in your area involved in them?

Well I cant say yes because I haven't seen any, but from the news we read every day crime of minors is increasing on daily basis, to the extent that they kill their friends and do many dangerous things.

Conclusion

Juvenile delinquency can be avoided, but it demands lots of work from the parents and also they need to be alert to notice any unknown step from their children.
Parents need to look out the environment they live in, and know if it can have a negative impact on their minor and they move out from such area.
A parent should know more about their childs education to avoid danger of juvenile delinquency.
There should be a close bond in the family.
