Hello everyone, How are you doing? I hope all of you are doing well. I use this opportunity to welcome you to the "Steemit engagement Challenge."

Today, we shall discuss a very interesting topic about: More Freedom.

• 1. What do you understand to be freedom as a parents or kid?

---

What I understand by Freedom, as a parent is that , it is a concept that modify the relationship between the parents and their children.

What I do understand is that Freedom isn't just about a lack of rules, but rather about giving an environment where our children can learn, explore, and grow with their own sense of responsibility.

Freedom is about empowering our kids into making their own decisions, experiencing consequences, and developing their confidence themselves.

• 2. What can make you to grant more freedom to your kids or what can you do to earn more freedom?

---

Earning freedom or giving freedom is not really a hard task, you just have to consider some measures into places and this will tell you whether truly this child deserves the freedom or not.

As parents, before granting more freedom to our kids, we need to ensure that we have a complete trust on them, and there is communication. By involving them in these decision-making, we are literally offering them choices, and encouraging open dialogue of parent-children relationship, and this instill them a sense of responsibility, and children who have these in mind might be mature enough not to lose the parents trust.

Also, earning freedom as a child is also important, for a child to have earn freedom, we must be certain that the kid has an absolute trust , he has started demonstrating maturity, accountability, and respect for the rules set by his/her parents.

So therefore, when a child has these qualities and they consistently stick to them, they can certainly gain the trust of their parents and gradually earn themselves more freedom.

• 3. Advantages and disadvantages of freedom both to parents and kids

Let's break this down in the order of For Parents and For Childrens.

• For Parents:

The advantages of freedom for includes the ability of bringing creativity and critical thinking in their children, which in this part, children are allowed to explore their interests, they learn problem-solving skills and develop the ability to think for themselves.

Also , giving freedom to the kidycan lead to a strong bond parent-child relationship, as children feel valued and understood when their opinions matters to there parents.

Also,

The disadvantages of too much freedom is that, sometimes this could lead to risks as the children could always feel bold enough to make even hard decision, so therefore it is needed to maintain a balance to ensures that children have enough freedom to learn and grow, but not so much that their well-being will get compromised as sometimes overconfidence can be harmful.

• For Children

The advantages of freedom for children is that, it makes them to quickly develop self-confidence, and have a sense of responsibility, when children are given the space, they then to learn how to make choices, and take ownership of their actions and consequences, and also allows them to explore their passions, and develop their creativity on time.

Also,

Excessive freedom without guidance is not good for children , as this can lead to the wrong path and they end up making decision-making due to the fact that they lack proper guidance from the parent.

• 4. What can cause one to lose the freedom he or she has?

---

It is very possible for kids to lose freedom, freedom could be easily gained or lost at an instant provided the kid didn't make use of it properly.

The loss of freedom can occur for some reasons, probably due to lack of trust.

And freedom can also be lost from a consistent patterns of behavior that goes against the established rules from the parenyand this irresponsibility may lead parents to retract freedoms temporarily from such kids.

As a kid, you should always have it in mind that freedom is a tempoy privilege that requires continuous effort and responsibility, and the moment you decide to go astray, this responsibility can be easily retracted from you.

• 5. Why is freedom necessary?

It is natural to know that Freedom bring development in the human brain, It serves as a mode for growth, enabling us to explore ourselves to the maximum potential, understand our limitations, and learn from self experiences.

Childrens who are given the right freedom are more likely to develop a strong sense of self consciousnesses, and confidence as this will make them more responsible and navigate their future better.
