Questions young people ask: What should I know about smoking
Before I begin I would like you all to answer the following questions to find out what you all know about smoking and then read further to get the right answers and facts.
• Does smoking help reduce stress?
• Is it until you are older before smoking affects your health?
•. Is the opposite sex more attracted to you
when you smoke?
• Do you exhale all the smoke when smoking?
• Who gets hurt or affected by your smoking?
• What does God think about smoking?
• Does smoking help reduce stress: It is true smoking makes you feel good but scientist have discovered that nicotine an alkaloid found and present in tobacco plants actually increases the rate of your stress hormones.
• Is it until you are older before smoking affects your health: The consequences and risk of smoking might increase with every stick of cigarette you take but some effects like depression, wrinkled skin, panic attacks, persistent cough are immediate.
•. Is the opposite sex more attracted to you
when you smoke: Smoking does not make you more attractive to the opposite sex, I don't know about you but it doesn't for me and it was also confirmed by a researcher Lloyd Johnston.
• Do you exhale all the smoke when smoking: Scientist confirms that 80 percent of smoke particles you inhale, you do not exhale it stays inside your body.
• Who gets hurt or affected by your smoking: It is no news that smokers are liable to die at a young age, knowing that alone traumatize your friends family and loved ones.
The smoke particles exhaled also affects them health wise and even your pets.
• What does God think about smoking: The fact that smoking puts your life and that of the people around you at risk makes you accountable to the giver of life, God almighty.

I don't like smoking but I do have sympathy for those who are smoking and try to give it up. It is no easy habit to give up on.
