The diary game || 12-04-2024 || My first rehabilitation programme with 2 steemians @stayfit fitness club

Dear diary 📑

I've been following @ngoenyi on social media were she upload pictures and videos of herself and her team training so as to stay jiggy and fit always. Since I'm an athlete, i developed interest and request to join her team. She welcomed me with open arms by sending her schedule of training via WhatsApp.

I couldn't sleep throughout the night, because it would be my pleasure to meet @ngoenyi in person and also learn from her athletic skills. I learnt a lot, let's go to the fitness centre👇🏾

I woke-up by 5am in the morning to read some replies on the SEC post i made. I rushed down to my workplace to drop few clothes and pick up my sneaker. On arriving at the fitness centre, I was shocked of who i saw. Guess who? It's @bossj23, he was jogging together with ngoenyi assistant. The seriousness on his face was too much😂, so i waved at him and join the team.

Few minutes after we jogged around the field for five times, our athelete director @ngoenyi arrived. She humbly apologized for being late for some minutes and her reasons worth it. What a humble coach. Some of the exercises we did were; Touch your toe, Dumbbell row, Squat punch, planks, mountain climbers, step ups and crunch. Now, let's feed our eyes with some of the rehabilitation programs.

Touch your toe was the first progam we did and our athelete director who lead by example shows how to do it properly. We all tried following up with her, especially me as a newbie. I didn't know that bossj23 do exercises, he did his best and he was tired. With the look on his face you'll believe what I'm saying.

The next program was dumbbell row. We were to uplift the stone 40 times, that's 20 using the right hand and 20 using the left hand of which we did. My hands were shivering when reaching 32, i almost gave up but i couldn't because i was inspired by bossj23 and my coach.

Now, let's proceed to crunch. I've been doing exercises at home but I've never come across this one. The coach handed over the stone and tire to us and we swift to the left 15 times and to the right 15 times making it 30 in total. This exercise makes our waist flexible and ready for all tasks.

I wasn't opportuned to capture all the programs we did. I won't forget the squatting exercise, i really felt it inside my thigh, my legs were vibrating as if I'll fall. After completing the task, we stretch our legs, hands, shoulder and neck.

Today's training session with two steemians by name @bossj23 and the athlete director @ngoenyi was completed. On our way home, bossj23 gisted me about cryptocurrency trading, the strategy most traders use and how greed can rigged traders.

Before going, the director told me personally to keep coming for the exercises though I'll feel pains because it's my first time. I agreed with her and promise to show up tomorrow to continue rehabilitation programme.

She also said "when you arrive home, eat, drink enough water and sleep. I did exactly as she said and I'm feeling good and smart after waking up to share my sport diary with you guys.

Glad to meet you in person for the first time and to train you. You did beyond first timers and that shows that you are really an athletic person. Your post is well detailed
