As a child, I was an avid gamer, but as time passed, my interest waned. Perhaps maturity played a role, or maybe my tastes simply evolved? Haha. Recently, I stumbled upon the Steem Memory Game and decided to give it a try. While playing, I encountered a fascinating mythical creature, the unicorn 🦄. I'm fascinated by the meaning and legends behind unicorns, and I'd like to explore it further in my post before sharing my beginner's progress in the game....

A unicorn is a mythical creature that looks exactly like the head of a horse, but has a single horn on his forehead. This creature is often associated with magic, purity and fantasy. In some cultures, unicorns symbolize various things such as, good luck, strength, power, and fortune.

Unicorn has appeared in so many mythical and magical movie, one of those movies are Merlin, my favourite mythical movie till date. In the movie, the unicorn that appeared to Merlin came through as a good fortune, strength and power. The creature guided him through the valley of the fallen kings, alongside Arthur Pendragon, who was his master.

If I'm given the opportunity to see the unicorn, I'll be forever grateful, not because he'll guide me like he did in those movies, but get to touch it, especially the single horn on his forehead. Alright then, enough about the mythical creature, unicorn. Below are screenshot showing my gaming progress as a newbie....

Haven't i tried as a newbie? I think i have, haha. This is indeed a game that has to play with our memory, I love it because it makes my brain think and try to recall fast. After logging in to the steem memory game, I had to go for the free challenge since I'm just starting. My first trial was poor which was 1502 points, and I was determined to surpass that point. I tried again, and I scored 1569 points. I was really impressed so I had to go for the third trial which I determined as my last trial, and boooom, I surpassed all points by scoring 1596 points.

It's a game worth playing, and I'm determined to be playing it. Though it was a free play as a beginner, I'll start playing with steems to make it a challenging and interesting game for me.
