"My childhood dream"
Greetings friends and welcome to my blog. As children we had so many dreams we wanted to fulfill and these dreams kept us excited and all, looking forward to the future.
Sometimes it seems as if life always have a different plan when it comes to some dreams and aspirations that we have. There’s a popular saying that when life gives you a lemon, make a lemonade out of it. The question I ask is what if I don’t like lemonade? Life won’t always go as planned but we would look for alternatives to survive.
As a child I wanted so badly to be a pediatrician. A pediatrician is a doctor that treats children. I had always looked forward to this and whenever I talk with my fellow kids and my parents those days, I would always tell them I want to be a pediatrician.
It was a passion but life happened. After my secondary school, I lost my dad and things went downward spiral and as of that not bad enough, I had been trying to fight the exams to gain admission into college and it wasn’t just working for three years. I even had to settle to do Nursing instead but it work out either.
After so much struggles, I was offered admission to read pure chemistry in the university and I had to take that even though that was very far from what I wanted to do. I was just tired of staying at home while your mates are in school and there’s no one to even pay the bills for the medical school per se.
I haven’t achieved my dream of been either a doctor or a nurse. I had gone ahead to do other things but deep down within me I still want to function in the medical world. If I get an opportunity to which I believe I will, I’d still get that desire fulfilled. I velours not late. It’s not over until it’s over.
My dream at the moment is to build my business and my Ministry of reaching out to young people who need help and direction in navigating through life. It gives me satisfaction to see people accomplished and not been confused about what they want out of life.
While am at this, I still want to settle down and build my own family. I want to love and be loved and be happy and satisfied with my loved ones around me.
Steemit has come to also be part of my dreams and I intend to give it my best to build my steem power and make a living out of it while focusing on my present dream and still hoping that my childhood dream comes through someday.

Hello dear friend.
It's sad to know that your father died and your dream is not certified at the moment, I don't know if it exists there, but here is a nursing course that helps a lot so you can look forward to professionalism.
Don't get discouraged and keep looking for strategies.
It was a pleasure reading your post.
Many blessings..🙏🏻
Thank you for the advice and your kind words. Am grateful
