Food challenge contest week #86 || For kids and parents|Recipe: How to prepare egusi soup by @ajegena
Hello amazing steemians how are you all doing today I hope all is well and you all are enjoying yourself as for me I'm doing great, today I will be taking part in an amazing food challenge contest organize here in steem kids and parents community.
In my today's entry I will be sharing with you all the step by step in which i used in cooking of egusi soup and here are the ingredients I use in preparing the egusi soup
- Egusi
- Ogu leaf
- Maggi
- Salt
- Red Oil
- Crawfish
- Onions
- Pepper
- Curry
Below here are the steps i used in cooking the soup
STEP 1
I the first step, I get all my ingredients which I will use in preparing the soup so that I will not have any shortage of any ingredient i mention of them are intact
STEP 2
In the second step, I cut the ogu leafs and slice my peppers and onions for it to be ready so that I will not letter dealing by cutting it so I get it ready before time
STEP 3
In the third step, I get my pot and put it on my hot plate, get my red Oil and put inside the pot and also put my slicing ingredients inside together with the oil in other to fried it
STEP 4
In the fourth step, after It fried for sometime I added some water and the other ingredients inside together with the oil and slice ingredients and allow it to boil for sometime
STEP 5
In the fifth step, after boiling all the ingredients I get the egusi and I applied some little water on it and mold it and put inside the ingredients and poil it for sometime
STEP 6
In the sixth step, I bring our the egusi in other to breakdown the ones that could not break when boiling and return it back inside the pot and poil it for sometime time again
STEP 7
In the seventh step, after boiling it I now get my ogu leafs and put inside and poil it for sometime in other to make the leafs to done also
STEP 8
This is the final step which I finally got the soup prepared to be consume
This is the end of all the steps i used in preparing the soup and I will end this contest by l inviting the person of @goodybest, @josepha and @m-fdo to part in the contest and I called on all the people of @Steemit to join us in the contest
