Good day my dear people of steemit I welcome you all to the 3rd day of the writing expedition contest. And today I will be talking about technology.
Technology is the application of scientific knowledge to human life to create machines which will help man for their various task.
Types of technology
The types of technology are agricultural technology, informative technology this has to do with passing of information through internet and many others. Artificial intelligence this is a type of technology which has been growing over the years now.
Importance of technology
Technology has taken part in man's life so it is important in passing out information, accessing the internet, allowing us to shop or purchase anything online, allowing transportation to be an ease, helping sick people get treatment faster, help scientist explore the earth and also the universe with help of spaceship.
Technology has played, and is playing vital role in the lives of many individuals it has made hard thing become easier than we thought.
Disadvantages of technology
Technology has brought about lazy people who are not willing to learn rather they depend on AI and google to do their tasks for them. Students have been addicted to pornography which is a bad phenomenon for a young mind and all these are results from technological devices.
Also many students and young people have been engage in this so called yahoo scamming or as they usually say it is called bombing. So technology has also created bad things to the human society which are harmful to the future of young minds.
How to prevent technology from destroying people.
We can prevent technology from destroying people by creating awareness on how to use technological devices what to do with it and what not to do with it.
Also we can help people who are addicted to technological devices by taking them out for seminars about the dangers of technology, and how it can affect our mental health .
