Update writing expedition day 1 health

Good day people of steemit today I bring you to my post which I am participating in a contest hosted by @steemkidss titled the writing expedition and for today we will be talking about health.

     ***WHAT ARE THE HEALTH BENEFIT OF EATING GOOD FOOD***

Eating determines our health,eating helps us to build our body both the inner and the outer part of the body that is it is helps us to stay healthy. Any diet which we eat must contain at least 5/6 of the classes of food. The classes of food which are supposed to be contained in our food in our everyday life are;

***CARBOHYDRATES *** This class of food is the one that provides us with energy and strength to carry out our work this class are mainly yam, rice, garri,potatoes and many other.

PROTEIN research are the main body building foods which contain the most enzymes our body need for our growth and protections of our red blood cells such food are beans, egg, meat etcetera.

***VITAMINS *** This are one of the wonderful class of food which helps to carry out the needed blood flow and it also helps to build our enzymes stronger than they were an example of these are fruit likeL mangoes, oranges, cashew and many others.

MINERALS This special class of food help to diffuse waste out of the body and also helps in the process of excretion this means it help us to pass out waste such as faeces and urine to make the body free and suitable to respond to stimulus.

FAT AND OIL This class of food are the ones responsible for the increase in size of a particular person that is this deals with fatty foods like meat they are the brothers to proteins but they have their own separate role to play.

WATER This is the general and one of the class of food which we all need and we take it in everyday. According to science the human body must need averagely 5 litres of water daily for proper circulation. Normally we cannot eat food without water.

So as a normal human we are to eat and take water for our body to function properly. We are not to eat just any kind of food we are to eat a balance diet which should contain at least 5/6 of the classes of food. Eating God food is of good benefit to us.
