Thanks @ruthjoe. I am always grateful for the things I learnt from my parents while growing up. Your point is very correct. My post was a reflection on adolescent years with my parents. But your assertion took me a little bit backward when I would complain so much about a particular task and would want to switch tasks with my siblings.
