Gorgeous scenery man! I love it. One of my favorite things about doing stuff like snowboarding and hiking is that when you’re out there, there’s lots of time you get to hear absolutely nothing except the natural sounds of the environment around you. No cars, planes or other things to intrude on the peace of it.
This was one of the most peaceful times I’ve been snowboarding, a few years ago. Went during the week and really got to enjoy the quiet.
No matter what the activity, if it gets a person away from the city and out into the wilderness then it's a good thing. I pity those who don't have the chance to do so.
That's a great shot with the cables heading off into the cloud! Nice.

Thanks, yeah I loved it. The mountain is called Jay Peak in northern Vermont, absolutely beautiful. They are well known for those clouds, they call it ‘Jay Cloud’ because it tends to cover the whole base. It’s only roughly 3k feet high, so it’s not that big compared to other regions. I’ll have to make a photography post about that day, I got a few good ones.
Ah cool, yes the cloud makes all the difference. You really should do a post someday for sure.
