Hello guys, this is my first time joining this contest and I am also a newbie here 🙂😊 Thanks to @fabio2614 for this amazing contest, it really squeezed my mind. 😁

A long, long time ago, there was a family who lived a quiet life in the City. It had a Father named Rico , a mother named Diana, a girl named Riana and a boy named Codi. They lived happily despite of their situation. Rico was working as a simple employee of one of the companies in their place and Diana didn't have work for she was the one who took care of her children. Though Rico was working, she can still help Diana with the household chores and in taking care of their children after work or rest days. As time went by, children have grown and their needs also grew. Rico realized that his salary was no longer enough to sustain his family's needs and so he needed to look for another job that will offer a higher salary. He kept on hunting for a job, unfortunately he didn't find one.

One day, Rico's friend who is now in Dubai contacted him through social media and told him that they are hiring. His friend promised him to help process the papers to be there in Dubai. Rico was very happy that time for a blessing suddenly came into their lives.

After the news, Rico told Diana and his children to have an open forum about the offer. Diana was hesitant about it at first for she knew how hard to take care of 2 children but she also didn't have choice for she wanted a brighter future for her children too.

The hours before Rico's departure, he decided to have a family outing which will keep him as a memory for being far from them. They enjoyed every second they've been together and cherish every moment they spent.

After the happy memory they shared, they couldn't stop time but have to bid goodbye to Rico. Diana cried so much not only that he will miss Rico but also she knew how hard to be a single parent with the 2 children.

Time went by, Diana really struggled in taking care of her children. One time, Codi went to the Restroom to poop but instead of pooping, he played in the toilet for he saw a mouse. Diana heard something unsual happening inside the restroom that's why she got in and let Codi wore his shorts. Diana had many household chores to do but Codi really wanted to play with her , that's why Diana felt a bit angry that time.

After that happening in the toilet, Codi already slept for he was tired of playing in the restroom. Diana was cookinh for dinner thinking that no one will bother her already. She prepared the pan, when Riana came up because she also wanted to cook. Diana was a bit upset that time but she just held her breath , inhale , exhale and told Riana"I will teach you someday but not now" but Riana resisted. Diana just controlled her temper and slowly told her to just watch her first. Good to know that Riana listened and forgot that her mother will teach her. Diana successfully cooked their dinner that time and prepared it.

Afterwards, Codi woke up and it was very timing for they also have to eat dinner. They ate together and their stomachs were all full.

Realization:
I may not a parent yet but I know how difficult to be a parent or a mother especially if you are taking care of your child/children alone. My sister has a daughter already who is now 1 year and 5 months and she is living with us. I am one of the witnesses who can really say that parenting is never an easy work. She cannot do anything if her child is awake, she can't even eat , pea or poop. Good thing is we have us, her siblings to help her take care or watch out of her daughter while she is doing something. By the way, the child's father is driving a motorcycle in the morning so the mother is the one who takes care the baby most of the time. I know how difficult it is to take care of one baby, how much more 2 or more right?
