Hola, ¿cómo les va? soy Alejandro, nuevamente. Les envío un saludo a todos, en especial a la comunidad de Steeming. En esta oportunidad quiero continuar con la dinámica de una nueva sección en mi Blog a la que llamé

Deconstruyendo con Psicoparedes.

En dicha sección, estoy analizando y dando mi punto de vista sobre algo en específico en un post de alrededor de 300 palabras (o más). En esta ocasión, les traigo la tercera parte de

deconstruyendo frases (célebres)

de distintos autores.

Las frases célebres son seleccionadas con un generador aleatorio, vía frasesmotivacion.net. La frase célebre de la cual daré mi punto de vista esta semana es la siguiente:

Lo que dice este señor es bastante cierto. Hay cosas muy importantes que uno debe tener en consideración cuando uno pretende o quiere ser el líder. Esto puede servir para cualquier cosa en particular, pero realmente uno debe de entender qué es lo que significa ser líder realmente. Esto me hace acordarme bastante a esos concursos en los que yo participaba del compañero @fjjrg, concursos que todavía sigue haciendo, los cuales llama espacio gerencial. Aquí, se nos enseñan las premisas y los principios para ser verdaderos líderes.

Es cierto que ser un líder conlleva a una gran responsabilidad, pero en el fondo, ser líder significa inspirar a otros, ser líder significa que tú vas a crear esa chispa dentro de otras personas que los motive y los enseñe a seguir tus pasos y luego caminar junto a ti. Es cierto que los líderes tienen muchos seguidores, pero el objetivo final debería ser que todos esos seguidores también puedan ser líderes un día. Un líder debe ser lo suficientemente comprensivo y empático con los compañeros y con la gente que los rodea, ya que un líder debe tener la confianza de su entorno. Un líder debe ser digno, debe respetar a los demás, debe velar por el bien de los demás, y sobre todo un líder debe guiar a los demás, y enseñarlos a cómo llevar su propio camino.

Aquí, es cuando vemos que ser líder no significa simplemente que las personas acepten tus pensamientos, o que tengas a mucha gente que dirigir. Ser un líder se basa en construir. Construir mejores personas, construir mejores actitudes. Ser un líder es crear nuevos espacios, nuevas ideas, nuevos mecanismos. Ser un líder significa enseñar a abrir la mente, enseñar a cómo adaptarse. Ser líder significa darle las herramientas a tus compañeros para que ellos puedan defenderse. Los líderes deben empeñarse en crear un ejército basado en otros líderes, no en personas sin raciocinio propio. Los líderes fomentan la independencia, no la sumisión.

Hello, how are you doing? I am Alejandro, again. I send greetings to everyone, especially to the Steeming Community. This time I want to continue with the dynamic of a new section in my Blog which I called

Deconstructing with Psicoparedes.

In this section, I am analyzing and giving my point of view on something specific in a post of about 300 words (or more). This time, I will bring you the third part of

What this gentleman says is quite true. There are particularly important things one must consider when one pretends or wants to be the leader. This can work for anything in particular, but one really must understand what it means to be a leader really. This makes me quite remember those contests in which I participated, contests that @fjjrg makes, which he calls managerial space. Here, we are taught the premises and principles to be true leaders.

It is true that being a leader leads to great responsibility, but deep down, being a leader means inspiring others, being a leader means that you are going to create that spark within others that motivates them and teaches them to follow in your footsteps and then walk with you. It is true that leaders have many followers, but the ultimate goal should be that all those followers can also be leaders someday. A leader must be comprehensible and empathetic enough with peers and the people around them, as a leader must have the confident of the people involved. A leader must be worthy, he must respect others, he must watch over the good of others, and above all, a leader must guide others, and teach them how to take their own path.

Here, it is when we see that being a leader does not just mean that people accept your thoughts, or that you have a lot of people behind. Being a leader is based on building. It means building better people, building better attitudes. Being a leader means to create new spaces, new ideas, new mechanisms. Being a leader means teaching people to open their minds; a leader teaches how to adapt. Being a leader means giving your teammates the tools so they can defend themselves. Leaders should strive to create an army based on other leaders, not people without their own reason. Leaders foster independence, not submission.
