Question 1
As a member of the Steem community, What improvement would you like to see on the social platform Steemit.com?

So far so good, steemit remains the best blogging platform using Cryptocurrency Blockchain. For me I am fine with the way things are going in the steemit platform and if am giving the opportunity to improve the steemit platform, I would work on the communities.
If majority of the communities on steemit, are always busy and providing it's subscribers with quality content, this platform will be the number one (1) of it kind.
Question 2
Which other features, tools, improvements, and functionalities do you believe will benefit the user experience and improve the usability of the Steemit.com social platform?

There is no doubt that the steemit platform is super cool, It is really necessary that some other measure or things can still be added to make Steemit.com social platform something unbeatable.
To improve the usability of the Steemit.com social platform, I think what's needed more is to give the users big up votes all the time. Because most people are into blogging for the money and not for the love of writing.
So I believe if they gets good upvote all the time, believe me steemit platform might not be able to accommodate the users they might get next.
Question 3
If you are the owner or manager of a Steem community, tell us more about what you believe will improve the "Communities" update and its management system.

Like I said earlier, in my own view of things, all the community that gives big upvote to their subscribers, are always busy because everyone wants to make it big.
So If am the owner or manager of a Steemit community, I would make sure that my subscribers enjoy big upvotes, so as to make them more serious with the community than others.
Finally
So far so good the steemit platform are really doing great and I really appreciate the hardwork of everyone who have the steemit platform in mind.
It's really an interesting contest and am inviting @prudent2, @phyno and @pazuka to participate in this contest.

It's not about giving big votes to its users for the Steem community or the local community to grow.
I see that far too many people are calling for upvote and support without even thinking about building their own Steem Power.
Steem Power is the heart of our Steem Blockchain and why can't more people understand it. If you and others do not build their Steem Power so that they can support others who will eventually give upvote in the future, only whales and @steemcurator01 and booming accounts can not do it alone.
See that you are relatively a new member and I may go a little hard on you about what you mean in your post.
But unfortunately, it will not work if everyone milks the reward pool without building up their Steem Power
And without all the investors buying Steem / SBD on the stock exchange, this would not be possible for our value in dollars when we get an upvote
