Steem Feedback Contest Entry Post; @nickjon

Feedbacking is a major tool used in knowing the likes and dislikes of the people, in this case the steemit community. Giving feedback is significant because we will know the strengths and weaknesses of a certain program, event, community, and others. This will serve as a best communication tool because it will catch the attention of the members to participate, thus making their/our voice being heard and responded. In almost all aspect we can investigate various angle as more and more people are able to share and openly give their insights, perspective, and ideas on what should/must be done. Thus, this initiative initiated of allowing to us to express our ideas through communication contest by @steemingcurators is an important development in the steemit community. Why? There are several reasons why; but I just want to highlight on the concept of freedom of expression. Our freedom of expression as a member of the community is highly appreciated and given valuable credits. The broader spectrum of it all, is that as a community we are constantly evolving and hopefully, the goal of making steem number one, if not one of the top ten crypto world. I know there are a lot of excellent views and ideas being brought by various steemians. Without a doubt the steemit community itself is being run by brilliant and amazing people. Perhaps, the things that I will be suggesting might good or bad, however I’m just happy to be able to contribute something which I think will greatly help the platform. In the succeeding paragraph I will venture on answering the following questions:

1. As a member of the steem community, What improvement would you like to see on the platform Steemit.com? I think it is the goal for everyone to have a major power upvotes, meaning upvotes that will have value. Currently, there are certain achievement task that we need to comply in order to get or be part of the steem power support program. This is great and perhaps the best support program there is. However, as what I have experienced it really takes a lot of time to be verified, some are not being verified with their achievement task. I can see the problem lies in that there are seemingly more people now who are having an interest with steem community and each one is really aiming to be part of the support program. What I do hope will happen is that to have another way of increasing our steem power. Yes, we need to invest in order to do that but I’m hoping that we can have a series of challenges or competition “15 Days Steem Power Challenge” in order to increase our steem power.

2. Which other features, tools, improvements, and functionalities do you believe will benefit the user experience and improve the usability of the Steemit.com social platform? Its quite evident that the features, tools, functionalities, and the current improvement of the Steemit.com social platform is very beneficial for everyone. On of the current improvement that I love the most is that we have now a set of community design to cater various aspects of the uniqueness every individual. Countries are also represented what I’m hoping is that the steem community will help excellent writers in my country “Philippines”, to give us that chance to create our own Filipino community. I know there are people who can do that and is up to the challenge. In this way, we will also be represented by having our own community. As of now, I’m very thankful to certain people in the community especially @cryptokannon, @booming01, and to all the steemcurators, and friends in the steem community because they have really helped us with their unending support.

3. If you are the owner or manager of a Steem community, tell us more about what you believe will improve the “Communities” update and management system. If I am the owner or manager of steem community, I will be very proactive in negotiating with different companies so that I can add advertisement in the steemit platform. Learn to be more dynamic by engaging with other investors.

This are just my humble answer or opinion. I just want to commend again @steemingcurators for giving us the chance to let our voice be heard!
